Return & Exchange Policy

At Wyshtech Airsoft, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, our return and exchange policy makes the process as easy as possible.

General Return Guidelines

• Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.
• Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition. Any item that has been used, altered, or shows signs of wear will not be accepted. This includes any accessories, manuals, or other components originally included with the product.
• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
  • Custom-built airsoft guns
  • Special order items
  • Opened batteries, consumables, and gas products
  • Products with removed serial numbers or warranty stickers
  • Any item marked as final sale or clearance

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please indicate this when you request an RMA. Once the return is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed, and the new item will be shipped.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returned items that are not defective.

Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs for returns and exchanges of damaged or defective items.
