The Airsoft Mutations EPN Air Nozzle is a precision-machined Delrin (POM) nozzle designed to deliver consistent air seal, smooth feeding, and reliable hop performance across a wide range of AEG platforms.

Available in 21.2mm for M4 platforms and 19.7mm for AK platforms, this nozzle is compatible with most M4 and G3-style AEGs. While air nozzles are often a concern for BB deformation during feeding, the EPN’s internal geometry is designed to smoothly push the BB against the bucking patch, promoting more consistent hop engagement and avoiding deformation—provided the replica is feeding correctly.

The nozzle features an additional chamfer for reinforcement, increasing durability under repeated cycling. This design choice is intentional and may require minor hop-up compatibility adjustments to achieve the best possible seal.

Installation & Tuning Notes (Important)

• The reinforced chamfer design may require minor modification to some hop-up chambers

• To optimize nozzle-to-bucking seal, you may need to chamfer the hop-up inner tip by lightly sanding or cutting a 45-degree slope

• This modification is intentional, well-known among experienced techs, and allows improved long-term sealing and durability
